At the heart of our core business is the provision of comprehensive Catering Services for corporate and government bodies. Aiming at satisfying the different catering needs of different organizations, our Catering Services covers four main areas, namely: institutional in-house Catering Service, on site dinning service, event base Catering Service and lunch or meal delivery.

To fully exploit the trend of corporations in China outsourcing staff and business lunch catering, we have directed considerable resources into and mapped out clear strategy for our catering business. We intend to establish strategic presence in industrial hubs on the coastal areas and major economic zones and target enterprises with sizeable workforces for our catering business. We will also continue to strengthen our food processing center which is the core of our Catering Services operation.

Chinese restaurant business has been our core operation since our inception. We chose Shanghai and Suzhou as our strategic springboard for their economic viability and the growing number corporations and high net worth individuals drawn to them. Our Chinese restaurants are well recognised for their high quality service and diversified menus. We currently run three sizable restaurants in Pudong and Puxi, Shanghai, and Suzhou, collectively possessing over 200 VIP rooms. To attract more corporate clients, we launched the "premium dinning services" early 2005 promising corporate executives the finest dining environment and services. This latest initiative of ours has attracted enthusiastic response from our corporate customers.

Convenience, nutrition and innovation are the order of the day in the food and beverage industry. With the strong backing of its centralised operations, FU JI has launched a vast array of packaged convenience foods under the "Home Kitchen" brand. These traditional Chinese food products are designed for today's affluent urban workers looking for convenient yet good quality food that are simple to prepare at home to complement their busy lifestyle.
